Total Energies annually conducts a learning expedition for 80 top talents as part of their internal leadership program. This expedition serves as a platform for these talents to gain inspiration and insights from external sources while reflecting on the company’s transformation. Due to the pandemic’s impact, the decision was made to transition to a virtual format, presenting the challenge of delivering an engaging and immersive experience.
The virtual program comprised five fast-paced, live, and interactive modules, featuring carefully curated industry speakers and a plethora of engaging activities to sustain high energy, participation, and enthusiasm.
